Elev8hope students not only learn about democracy and citizenship, but they also are becoming active, contributing citizens and community members through the volunteer service they perform. Sponsors and donors – as the association has appropriately named them “angels” - enjoyed an evening of pretend gambling, and a silent and live auction at the agency's recent fundraiser.Įlev8Hope is dedicated to teaching children compassion by helping persons temporarily down on their luck financially, to linking senior citizens and children for companionship, providing food for those in need and offering spontaneous gifts and blessings to bring some light to those in temporary darkness.
Saturday September 29th, a high-class Casino Night was held at Indian Riverside Park where over 300 individuals rolled the dice to celebrate and donate to Elev8hope’s mission.
